The foundation and starting point for my work is a respect for the body’s innate capacity to heal and the processes which support it.
In a nutshell:
I combine a heart centered approach and the skill of massage therapy to care for people of all ages and states of health.
Since completion of my diploma and registering with the College of Massage Therapists of BC in 2009, my practice has evolved in response to the specific needs of my clients. Additional training in myofascial release, visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, as a doula, and yoga, allows a session to have the flexibility to shift in rhythm with the healthcare needs and state of the person I am working with.
I love working as a massage therapist and look forward to caring for you soon.

Top of the list, hands down, are YOU!
My clients drive my curiosity and inspire my desire to explore deeper ways of connecting to an indwelling awareness and knowing intelligence that resides in us all.
Each session nurtures a discipline akin to school. Listening, studying, practicing, listen again. Practical tools used in service of your care. It is an honour to learn from and with you.
